美国中文网报道 多家旧金山媒体周一报道，当天下午，一人驾驶一辆汽车冲入位于基里街和拉古纳街拐角处的中国驻旧金山领事馆大楼前。
媒体援引消息人士的话称，一名旧金山警察开枪射击了这名司机。警方认为该司机携带武器。在中枪后，涉事男子被送往医院。
警方担心车内可能藏有爆炸装置，拆弹小组技术人员被召集到现场。现场至少有11辆警车和急救车。
旧金山应急管理部门警告民众避开旧金山日本城的拉古纳街和吉尔里大道的交叉口。
