Dear UCA Family and Friends,
Today is the Giving Tuesday. At UCA we are filled with a profound sense of gratitude for each and every one of you.
We just want to take this moment to say “Thank you!”, for your unwavering support and trust.
Throughout 2023, we have faced significant challenges and embarked on remarkable endeavors together with you:
UCA is nurturing and leading a civil rights movement of our age, fighting, together with many organizations, for fair and equal treatment for Chinese Americans and Chinese nationals in discriminatory land bills in Texas, Florida, South Carolina, Alabama, Louisiana, Georgia and Tennessee.
We are proud to join the national civil rights movement by participating, for the first time as a community, in the historic March in Washington in the summer of 2023, highlighting the civil rights challenge our community faces today.
We are thrilled to see the rapid expansion of our UCA WAVES mental health program across the country, as well as the successful launch of UCA Community Fund that has become our community’s angel investors now.
We are also grateful for the impact and supporters of UCA Action and UCA PAC, two powerful tools that have helped our community to engage more deeply in the political process.
As we approach 2024, we are determined to continue this momentum and strive for even greater accomplishments!
We will hold a high-impact, multi-track Chinese American Convention in DC from July 11 to July 14, 2024 and we are ready to make UCA a truly national coalition and platform for our community!
